He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Felix Koopmann and Bessie E. Helmick Koopmann; his wife Diane Koopmann of Benton, Arkansas; his children, Colton Koopmann of Texas and Deanna Lee Koopmann of Benton, Arkansas; and his friend David.

Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Food Bank or to the Salem Fire Department.
