He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Garner and Mary E. Mason Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Garner; his daughter Eldean Rollins (Kevin); his brother Daniel Garner (Sheliah); and his nephews, Scott Garner (Brandy) and Raymond Garner (Brandy).
