She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Meaders and Marion Meaders. She is survived by: her siblings, Jane Paradise (Ray) of Texas and Chip Meader of Arizona; her children, Jody Ramsey of Texas and Robert Ramsey (Staci) of Oklahoma; her sons-in-law, David Johnston (Kim) of Texas, Daniel Johnston (Jenny) of Benton, Daryl Johnston (Kerrie) of Arkansas and Thomas Johnston (Mary) of Minnasota; and her grandchildren, Koby Ramsey, Kory, Shanny Ramsey, Kyle, Rachel Ferguson, Kody, Kelsie Martin, Trenton Ramsey, Alaura Ramsey, Kelsey, Hailey Johnston, Chris Vernon, Sela Johnston, Brooklyn, Brittni Little, Kendra Hatcher, Dalton, Erin Johnston, Landon, Isabella Johnston and Blaine Reynolds. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, Deb also leaves countless friends whom she loved like her family.
