She is survived by: her children, John Ettleman (Kim) and Jan Formica; her grandchildren, Jonathan Baker (Heather) and Angela Barnette (Randy); her great grandchildren, Celeste Lauber, Brycen Lauber, Easton Baker, Adriona Raymond and Anthony Raymond; and her nephew Teg Allen.
