He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Juan Garcia and Elodia Garcia; his sisters, Sandy Roughton and Gilda Garcia; and his niece Kimmy Roughton.
He is survived by: his wife Valarie Garcia; his daughters, Jessica Bartholomew (Kyle), Brittany Gash (Brian), Staci Kates (Wesley) and Krissi Smith (Brock); his grandchildren, Selina Rodriguez (James), Hayden, Grace, Boston, Merci, Nadia, Kennedy, Amelia, Kamryn and Amara; and his sister Veronica White. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles and many beloved dogs and grand-dogs.
