He was predeceased by: his parent Lavern McClendon; his son Dustin Blake McClendon; and his brother Harold "Hub" McClendon. He is survived by: his wife Dottie McClendon; his daughter Tammie Zuber (Chad); his grandchildren, Avery Grace, Brynlee Faith and Boone Rustin Zuber; his sisters, Pat Wright (Sam), Shelia Turner (Donnie) and Normalene Cobb (GT); and his sister-in-law Carylon McClendon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
