She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Simmons; her husband Col. Richard E. Worden; and her sisters, Rose Marie Mickelson and Aggie Doss. She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Worden of Fort Smith and Diane Worden Gammill of Alexander, AR; her siblings, Sue Baber of Huntsville, AL, Linda Peters (Jim) of Davison, MI, Lawrence Simmons of Hackett and Leonard Simmons (Pat) of Barling; her grandchild Whitney Holden (Ben) of Benton; and her great grandchildren, Claire Louise Holden and Henry Worden Holden.
