He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. E. H. Owen and Elva Finney Owen; his daughter Marilyn Kay; and his sister Mary Ellen. He is survived by: his wife Jane Holland; and his children, Russell (Teresa), Emery and Charlotte. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Centerpoint Church (20383 I-30, Benton, AR 72015). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Pinecrest Memorial Park (7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002).
