He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Scoggins and Dewey Scoggins; his sons, Mike Scoggins and Joey Stanley; and his grandson Chris Scoggins.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Scoggins of Haskell; and his children, Sandy Scoggins of Bryant, Becky Cox (John) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Steve Scoggins (Pam) of Knoxville, Gene Stanley (Rosemary) of Haskell and David Scoggins of Malvern. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, & friends.
