She was predeceased by: her husband Orville McPherson; her parents, Jim Ellis and Rachel Ellis; her brother Jimmy Ellis; her nephew James Ellis; and her niece Rachel Ann Lacy.
She is survived by: her children, Sam McPherson (Susan) of Amarillo, Texas, Marilyn Rowland (Bob) of Benton and Sharilyn McCallister (Eric) of Benton; and her sister-in-law Ruby Ellis. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren.
