He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanford Johnson and Madge Johnson of Kanosh, Utah.. He is survived by: his children, Dee Dee Taylor Ward (Jerry), Dirk Taylor, Brandon, Dansie and Tatriel Johnson; his grandchildren, Laycee, Genevieve, Harvey and Xander; and his siblings, Pauline Peterson, Brenda Jackson and Lee Ann Brooks.
