It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flossie Welch of Benton, Arkansas, born in Prattsville, Arkansas, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Cooper and Beatrice Danner Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Roy Cooper, Ross Jones, Reneicer Danner and Connie Welch; and her siblings, Louis Cooper, Gene A. Cooper, Dorothy Robinson, Eloise Cooper and Georgia Greene. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
