We are sad to announce that, on July 28, 2023, at the age of 83, Frank L. Taylor of Benton, Arkansas, born in Fresno, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, L. D. Taylor and Stella Opal Taylor; his son Kevin Taylor; and his sister Wilhelmina Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Tina Taylor of Benton; his children, Shane Taylor of Benton, Christopher Steven of Houston, Jeff Cirigliano of Jacksonville, Cindi Salazar of Spokane, Debra Steven of Benton and Jennifer Sheffield of Bryant; his brother Don Taylor of Utah; and his nephews, Dallas Womack of Benton and Randy Womack of Hot Springs. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
