He was predeceased by: his parents, John George Sr. and Marian Fleming (Chapman); his siblings, John George Fleming Jr. and Leslie Farmer; his nephews, Jerry Dobbins, Paul Farmer, Ernie Jackson and Butchie Fooks; and his friends, Ray Pruitt and Mark Southworth.
He is survived by: his sisters, Janet Fooks (Boyd) and Susan Brown (Ronnie); his siblings' children, Nicole Seitz, Chanta Southworth, Haley Southworth, Kathryn Balding (Jesse), Jessica Pritchard, Jana Lynn Porchia, Kerri Diaz, Shelly Fleming, Lori Beth Fleming, Clark Farmer, Cody Ragan, Trent Ragan, Ryan Ragan, Joseph Clark and Clifton Ragan; his great-nephews, Cylus Southworth, Daelynn Southworth, Waylon Tidwell and Westyn Ivy; his sister-in-law Linda Fleming; and his close friend Allen Ragan. He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
