He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Brod Whitfield; his grandparents, Chester, Julia Brod, Gilbert and Rosie Napier; his father Robert Lee Napier Sr.; his siblings, Robert Napier Jr. and Judy Ware; and his son Chad Lee Napier.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Napier; his sister Mary Roberts; his sons, Richard Napier and Chuck Napier; his stepson Joshua Jacob; and his daughter Tabitha Willes. He is also survived by twenty eight grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
