It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Thomas of Benton, Arkansas, born in Osceola, Arkansas, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Elton S. Fox; her husband Elber Joe Thomas; and her sister Margie M. Leet. She is survived by: her daughters, Hazel, Lana Jo Smith (Rickey), Patricia Diane Moseley (Bruce), Debra Kay Veuleman and Janet Leigh Crockett (Mark); and her sister Helen Turner. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
