He is survived by: his son Michael John Jezierski (Misty Failor); his grandson Josef W. Jezierski; his brothers, Walter J. Jezierski (Anna Kondas) and Andrew C. Jezierski; his niece Jennifer Boyles (Matthew); and his nephew Pete Jezierski.
