He is survived by: his wife Ruth Chism; his children, Greg Chism (Mary), Dennis Chism and Tanya Shelnut (Marc); his son-in-law Bill Donnor; his siblings, Darrell Chism, Jimmy Chism, Terry Chism (Kay), Betty Abbott and Darlene Covert (Frank); his grandchildren, Derek (Jenni), Brad (Erin), Torey, Taira, Kinley, Keeley (Chase), Tim, Jake and Kaylea (Carter); and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Collins, Cutter, Landry, Lennox, Tucker, Rylee, Maddie and Ryder.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Alzheimer's Arkansas.
