He is survived by: his children, Kelly Faulkenberry and Rick Curtis of Benton, Arkansas.; his granddaughters, Emily Pugh of Howe and Jennifer Wallace (Rick) of Ward, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Ellie Mae, Pake, River and Ashley; his great great grandchild Cam; and his sisters, Laverne Hughes of Fayetteville and Julia Montague of Benton, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
