He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Ramsey and Sarah Ramsey; his children, Morgan Ramsey and J. Alan Ramsey; his siblings, Rocky Ramsey (Gina), Robin Ramsey Pelton (Gary) and Michael Ramsey (Sherry); his adoptive children, Sarah, Ashley and Tim Tate; and his grandparents, C. R., Lottie Bell Statler, James and Willie Mae Ramsey. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and close friends.
