He is survived by: his children, Ellen Marie Rowan of Lake Village, Arkansas and Richard Glen Rowan of Benton, Arkansas; his grandson Carson Scott Rowan of Benton, Arkansas; his brothers, Payton Rowan of Red Bluff and Clyde Rowan (Linda) of Benton, Arkansas; his niece Melanie Williams (Ed) of Benton, Arkansas; his nephew Ricky Williams; and his siblings, J. D. Rowan and Berta Jo White. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
