He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn "Gwen" Douglas; his children, Shelly Page (Kyle), Allison Albert (Jon) and Johnny Douglas Jr. (Kim); his grandchildren, Rachael Elmore (Nick), Alivia Page, Emily Ledbetter (Keith), Nathan Albert, Jack Albert, Gracie Douglas, Piper Douglas, Wes Harvey and Wyatt Harvey; his great grandchildren, Hunter Elmore, Natalie Elmore, Waylon Ledbetter and Weston Ledbetter; and his close friend Sophia (Jack Russell).
