She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmore Turner and Eldean Turner; her husband Delbert Lobbs; her daughter Debra Whitfield; and her brother Edward Turner.

She is survived by: her sister Judy Garner. She is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
