She is survived by: her mother Geneva Morehead; her husband Dick Jacobsen; her daughter Kimberly Brooks (Bob) of Benton, AR; her stepchildren, Sharon Hyche (William) of Benton, AR, Shannon Condie (Ben) of Sandy, UT and Shane Jacobsen (Cindy) of Alexander, AR; her grandsons, Dylan and Drew Brooks; and her stepgrandchildren, Katlynn, Ryan Lawson, Liam Hyche, Christina Babbitt, Shelby Meadows and Tryn Condie.
