He is survived by: his wife Janet Harper of Benton, Arkansas; his daughter Brandy Harper of Benton, Arkansas; his brother Ralph Harper (Pat) of Mabelvale, Arkansas; and his adoptive daughter Julianna Branson. He is also survived by family members and friends.
