She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Smith; and her brother Steve Smith. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Bagley Sr.; her brother Rickey Smith (Lana); her daughters, Andrea Cooper (Allen) and Courtney Ashburn (Chris); her stepchildren, Ricky Bagley Jr. (Allison), Julie Treadway (Shawn) and Asher Bagley (Amanda); and her grandchildren, Emma Cooper, Lily Cooper, Hunter Bagley, Daisy Bagley, Christian Bagley, Brody Treadway, Bailee Hicks, Jacee Bagley and Rylie Bagley.
