He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Himes; and his siblings, George Himes, Janice Brocheys, Claire Luber and Alice Himes.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Himes and Stacy Childress (Warren); his grandchildren, Ashley Smith (Kendrick), Ashton Himes, Chloe Childress, Kayland Childress and Madison Runyan; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Smith of Benton, Maddox Taylor of Benton and Bella Runyan of Benton; his brothers, Ray Himes of Pennsylvania, Art Himes (Myrna) of Arkansas and Cal Himes (Dee) of Idaho; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Sue Fortner and Sherry Moore of Benton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
