She is survived by: her children, Tammy Akines (Arlin) of Star City, AR, Rebecca Carlisle of Haskell, AR, Robert Johnston (Kay Lynn) of White Hall, AR and Laurel Gunn of South Milwaukee, WI.; her sister Virginia Bates (Floyd) of Bonanza, AR.; her grandchildren, Andrew Akines (Jane) of Palmetto, FL, Trina Bookout (Jeremy) of Midlothian, TX, Aaron Johnston (Kristen) of White Hall, AR, Maison Gunn (Santanna) of Ward, AR, Adam Johnston (Kristen) of White Hall, AR, Noah Taylor of South Milwaukee, WI and Savannah Johnston of White Hall, AR.; and her great grandchildren, Lina Bookout, Audrey, Truett, Nolan Johnston, Violet, Phoebe and Whitney Earhart.
