She is survived by: her husband William Bell; her daughter Tracy Picanco (Val); her grandchildren, Joshua Klober (Crissy), Chasity Rigdon (Trae), Chad Klober (Brande) and Torey Bell; her sisters, Jimmie Phifer, Sue Otts and Mary Patterson; and her son Tony Bell. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
