He was predeceased by: his father Billy Joe; his son Timmy Marshall; his grandson Ryan "Rambo" Marshall; and his brother Phillip Tackett. He is survived by: his significant other Donna Thomason; his children, Michael Marshall of Tucson, Nancy Giles of Benton, Phillip Marshall (Jennifer) of Benton, David Marshall (Monica) of Benton, Melissa Creech (Larry) of Bauxite and Nicole Jacks (Billy) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his daughter-in-law Debra Malin; his siblings, Jerry Tackett (Beverly) of Benton and Regina Sullivan (Glen) of Ferndale; and his pets, Katie, Shadow, Mabel and Gizmo. He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren, fifty-seven great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter; many nieces and nephews.
