He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorel Victor Hoggard and Rutha Sue Hoggard; and his granddaughter Annie Ruth Hoggard. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Couch Hoggard; his sons, Christopher "Skip" Hoggard (Lisa) of Little Rock and Keith Hoggard (Jacqueline) of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Marlee Lynn Hoggard, Bennett Hoggard and Reynolds Hoggard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, former students, and friends.
