She is survived by: her children, Lisa Ives, Tracie Blake of Benton, AR and Barry Blake of Westport, CT; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Emily Ives, Zachary, Caroline and Alex Blake; her great grandchildren, Trinity Roy, Cash Bailey of Fayetteville, AR, Landon and Natalie Dycus of Galloway, OH; her niece Jeanne Stearns; and her daughter-in-law Jessica Blake.
