She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Cavanaugh and Margaret Cavanaugh (Gagnon); and her brother James Cavanaugh. She is survived by: her husband Robert Cowley; and her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Rau of Minnesota. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
