She was predeceased by: her husband William Thomas Blackburn (Tom); her parents, George Lee McWilliams and Ruth Marion McWilliams (Bennett); and her siblings, Betty McWilliams English and Paul Ray McWilliams.

She is survived by: her son Thomas Paul Blackburn (Freida); her grandchildren, Lauren Blackburn Harter (Jason) and Megan Blackburn Cole (Jason); her great grandchildren, Owen Thomas Harter and Callan Elliott Cole; and her sisters, Gwen McWilliams Wilson (Pete) and Mickey McWilliams Ramsey (Tommy Dean).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Saline County History and Heritage Society or to Saline Memorial Hospice.
