He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Spann; his sister Nancy Spann Chudy (Frankie) of Hot Springs, Arkansas; his daughters, Debbie Spann Schanen (Charlie) of Beeville, Texas, Cathi Spann Smith of Katy, Texas, Christina Spann Perez (Joe) of Portland, Texas and Staci Johnson Freeman (Bart) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Aaron Schanen, Joey Perez (Amanda), Jake Perez, Jessica Perez, Megan Smith, Erica Westbrook (Joel), Kendall Thomas (Kyle) and Abby Freeman; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Avery Schanen, Alanna Perez, Avery Brady and Whitley Westbrook.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tom's memory to Habitat for Humanity Saline County or First United Methodist Church, Benton, Arkansas.
