It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Gene Ivie of Benton, Arkansas, born in Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Ivie and Mae Lou Magee Ogden; and his stepfather Clemon Ogden. He is survived by: his wife Pam Ivie of Benton, Arkansas; his children, Russell Ivie (Paula) of Morton, Paula Elvins (Jay) of Gravette, Amy Crowley (Michael) of Myrtle Beach and Michelle Ivie of Benton, Arkansas; his siblings, Karon, Sharon, Marquita, Cindy, Lori and Marc; his stepmother Leona Ivie of Peoria, Illinois; and his friend Mike. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
