With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Jean Diebold (Benton, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 7, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Cox and Bethie Lee Hall. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Diebold; her children, Marty Watson of Philadelphia, PA, Patty Watson (Rex) of Cabot, AR and Wayne Diebold (Jenifer) of Texarkana, TX.; her sister Alice Gaines of North Carolina; her grandchildren, CJ Thornberry, Chris Thornberry (Liz), Sarah Kalman (Lev), Eric Diebold (Ericka) and Kade Byars (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Blakely Diebold Barton, Cash and Crews Thornberry; and her siblings, Ozell, Buddy, Ed, Raymond, Alan, Sammy, Terry, Dorthy, Hazel and Patty. She is also survived by grandchildren; 16 bonus great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends.
