He is survived by: his wife Delorse Mask Caldwell; his daughters, LeAnn Chadwick (Kevin) and Lana Brown (Greg); his grandson Luke Ward (Miriam); his sister LaNell McCuen (Ken); and his grandchildren, Zane and Bethaney Simpson. He is also survived by many extended family members, church family, and friends.
