He is survived by: his son Gerald Edward Sanders of Bryant; his stepson Michael Shane Rushing of West Virginia; and his siblings, Bob Sanders and Theresa Sanders Dramer. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great and great-great nephews, nieces and cousins.
