It is with sadness that the passing of Rachel Lavon Laster of Benton, Arkansas is shared. Rachel, born on February 25, 1940, passed away on October 17, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rachel Lavon Laster to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dilly Att (Ludy Nancy Hudson) and Ark; her sister Dillie Jean Hudson; and her son Aubrey Scott Hudson. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Lynn Hudson of Benton and Matthew Owen Hudson of Benton; her granddaughters, Melanie Amber, Caitlin Lavon and Brittany Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Mason and Patron. She is also survived by several nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ashby Funeral Home (108 W Narroway St, Benton, AR 72015). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saline County Humane Society.
