He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Womack (Jabo) and Doris Womack Hanson; his sister Mary Self; his brother-in-law David Self; his brother Duke Womack; and his nephews, Mike Self and Duke Womack Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Richard Womack (Brandi) of Donaldson and Brian Womack (Kristi) of Valley Springs; his grandchildren, Richard (Kaytlyn), Rhett (Tori), Ross (Calista), Reid, Bella, Maria, Rachael, Avery (Dawson), Drake and Emory; his great grandchildren, Jonah, Luke, Parker Kayt and Wade; and his nieces and nephews, Brock Self (Ashley), Josh Womack, Jed Womack (Lindsey), Sundi King (Brian), Jenny Haney, Emily Jones (Travis) and Ginger Self.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Selph Hall (211 S Market St, Benton, AR 72015). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
