He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Lewis; and his siblings, Bubba Lewis and Irene Collie. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Fadely (Cody) and Kim Rice; his grandchildren, Blakely Fadely and Clay Rice; his father Doyle Lewis; and his sister Kathy Whatley. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (322 N Market St, Benton, AR 72015). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
