He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Kinkaid and Vera Hulsey Kinkaid; and his sisters, Charlotte McCourtney and Debbie Flory. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his siblings, Greg (Peggy) and Keri Hall; and his brother-in-law Jack Leech. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
