He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Mullins and Nancy Couch Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Leoda Mullins; his daughter Karen Mullins Guttery; his grandchildren, Abbey Guttery, Lydia Guttery, Kattie "Bug" Dellava and Garrett "Bubba" Gardner; John Guttery. He is also survived by five nieces; and four nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ashby Funeral Home (108 W Narroway St, Benton, AR 72015).
