He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Mullins and Nancy Couch Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Leoda Mullins; his daughter Karen Mullins Guttery; his son-in-law John Guttery; and his grandchildren, Abbey Guttery, Lydia Guttery, Kattie "Bug" Dellava and Garrett "Bubba" Gardner. He is also survived by five nieces; and four nephews.
