He is survived by: his mother Patricia Laraine Fornell; his adoptive father John Keller; his son Seth Keller; his father John R. Keller; his brothers, Rob Keller (Kathryn) and Tighe Keller; his nephew Tyce G. Keller; his nieces, Erica Keller, Wendy Atkinson, Mandy Gardner and Allison; his aunts and uncles, Charles, Betty Gann, Joe, Elaine Babb, Michael and Cindy Gann; and his cousins, Jamie Partain (Phillip), Andrew Partain (Rachel), Madeline and Sidney. He is also survived by family members and friends.
