He was predeceased by: his father Billy C. McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Denea McCoy of Benton; his children, Taylor Heath (Mike) of Vilonia, Colbye Williams and Uriah Williams of Benton; his grandchildren, Alorah Heath of Vilonia and Greyson Heath of Vilonia; and his sister Norma Beatty (Jim) of Conway.
In keeping with Steven's loving and generous spirit, it was his decision to donate life so others may live it.
