She was predeceased by: her daughter Cassie Raper; her parents, Coy Cotton and Mary Ellen Spann (Fox); and her brother Gary Eugene Spann. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Raper Rivera, Courtney Raper Campbell (Aaron) and Brittanie Raper; her husband Greg Raper; her grandchildren, Jayce Ryan Cotton Shelnutt, Aaron "Austin" Campbell, Jadelynn Brooke Rivera, Jay Zander Rivera, Alexis Brooke Wyles and Pailyn Grace Rhodes; and her close friend Diane Coffman. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
