It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommie Hunter of Benton, Arkansas, born in Lake Providence, Louisiana, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Samuel Neal and Mary Elsie Keene Neal; her husband Jimmie Hunter; and her siblings, Johnnie Neal, Billie Kirruff, Virginia Elmer and Janie Neal.

She is survived by: her daughter Regina Hurley; her granddaughter Lisa Wright; and her great grandchild Jacob Beck.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ashby Funeral Home (108 W Narroway St, Benton, AR 72015). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Rosemont Cemetery.
