He is survived by: his wife Rita Sadler Mann of Benton; and his daughters, Cheryl Vice (Mark) of Benton, Janet Brown of Benton and Jennifer Frank (Chris) of Benton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
