He was predeceased by: his parents, Dempsey Mark Winters and Nettie Womble Winters; and his son Robert David Winters (Davey). He is survived by: his wife Lois Winters (Cissie); his son Brian Mark Winters; and his brother Robert Winters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church @ 200 N. Market St. in Benton, Ar 72015.
